All personal details submitted to SOCV are held centrally by us and will only be used in the delivery of our work or contacting you directly. SOCV will never pass your details on to a third party.
When ordering services from SOCV, we will require you to answer some questions in order to provide the best possible service for you. You must answer the questions as soon as possible in order to provide us with the information needed to complete your service. If you are not able to provide the necessary information within 5 working days then we will complete the service for you to the best possible standard without the information.
Our standard service delivery time is 3 working days from the time customer has provided us with the information that we have requested (not from the time the order was made). Occasionally certain circumstances can cause a delay in delivery time but we will always let you know with as much advanced notice as possible in these circumstances.
Once we have provided your CV or any other services please ensure you have received by checking junk/spam mail folders. SOCV cannot be held liable for any documents that have been sent but have not been perceived as received by the customer.
If you require any adjustments to any documents we have delivered then you must let us know within 24 hours and will endeavour to make the adjustments as soon as we can.
Our services are provided in good faith to the highest possible standards by experienced recruitment professionals but we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages caused from using our CV’s, Cover Letters or LinkedIn Profiles.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, we may decide to offer you a refund at our discretion, in which case you must delete all documents we have produced for you and they must not be used to approach recruiters and employers. If you have already begun distributing your CV, then we will not be able to a) make amendments to your CV or b) provide any form of refund. We will not be liable to make any form of refund if you have left any public reviews on any of our public review or social media channels including Facebook.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
